- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify shrinkage, obsolescence, and other issues.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory storage.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory control principles and logistics best practices.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and using required PPE.
