Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or scanner.
- Pack picked items carefully to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Operate electric pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to retrieve stock.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary, performing required Lifting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets and order information.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines and mandatory use of PPE.
