Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear required PPE throughout the shift.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods immediately.
- Assist with stock put-away and replenishment as needed.
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks involving significant lifting (up to 45 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
- Awareness of warehouse safety best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics is a plus.
