Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders using order sheets and scanning equipment.
- Verify product details and quantities against order specifications.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all established safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, which may involve moderate Lifting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret picking lists and order documentation accurately.
- Experience with RF scanners is beneficial but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Mandatory adherence to safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE.
