Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy at multiple stages of the fulfillment process.
- Prepare packed orders for shipment by affixing labels and necessary documentation.
- Stage orders for carrier pickup and assist with dock operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve overall fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting and standing for extended shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
