Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in optimizing reorder points.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze inventory performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in warehouse organization and layout optimization for better inventory flow.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on inventory-related processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
