High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role within a warehouse or logistics setting. Proficient in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE is essential.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Identify and report on obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
- Support auditing processes related to inventory.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the logistics environment.
