Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular audits.
- Manage staff schedules, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
- Enforce all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE .
- Oversee the maintenance and care of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety and promoting the use of PPE .
