- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Train and develop warehouse associates, fostering a positive team environment.
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company regulations and industry standards.
- Manage workflow to accommodate varying Lifting requirements and order volumes.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to enforce safety regulations and ensure the correct use of PPE.
- Capability to understand and manage tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team.
