This vital role supports our overall logistics operations by maintaining precise stock records and optimizing inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and implementing preventative measures. A comprehensive understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse logistics is essential. You will collaborate closely with warehouse and operations staff to guarantee smooth inventory flow and facilitate efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity for tasks involving moderate Lifting. A steadfast commitment to safety, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a must. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct systematic cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Develop, implement, and refine inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management to potential shortages or excesses.
  • Support the receiving and put-away teams to ensure accurate stock placement.
  • Process and document adjustments for damaged or obsolete inventory.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure cross-functional inventory accuracy.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform tasks that may include some manual Lifting.
  • Familiarity with general logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
