Responsibilities:
- Conduct systematic cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop, implement, and refine inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to potential shortages or excesses.
- Support the receiving and put-away teams to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Process and document adjustments for damaged or obsolete inventory.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure cross-functional inventory accuracy.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks that may include some manual Lifting.
- Familiarity with general logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
