Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Receive, process, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Update inventory records to reflect additions, deletions, and adjustments.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock rotation and placement.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Understanding of inventory control principles and logistics operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
