Inventory Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for our Indianapolis, Indiana location. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our logistics and warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Receive and process inventory adjustments.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
• Organize inventory storage areas for maximum efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and the importance of accurate inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Commitment to following safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
