Order Picker

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
• Pack items carefully to ensure they are protected during transit.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and staging.
• Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Report any damaged or missing items to your supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control activities as needed.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order information.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Basic understanding of Safety practices in a warehouse environment.
