Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to efficient order fulfillment in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse environments preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting (up to 40 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
