Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick sheets.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and organizing products.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, ensuring Safety at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment process within our logistics network.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with receiving and returns processing as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
