Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations based on order requirements.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.
- Contribute to team goals and overall operational efficiency in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong desire to contribute to logistics success.
- Basic computer literacy is helpful.
