- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with other warehouse associates to meet daily picking quotas.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement within the logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
