Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker to join our distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately gathering products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Using an RF scanner or a provided pick list, you will locate items, confirm quantities, and ensure that the correct products are selected for each order. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations and requires a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and adherence to all Safety procedures is mandatory. You will work closely with other team members to ensure orders are processed quickly and correctly, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
• Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities before picking.
• Transport picked items to designated staging areas for packing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Report any inventory inaccuracies or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE .
• Participate in inventory counts and checks as required.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the overall Logistics process.
• This role requires continuous movement and potential Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
• Ability to operate an RF scanner.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Capacity for Lifting and carrying items.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
