Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Use of RF scanners to track picked items and inventory locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet picking quotas and deadlines.
- Report any damaged items or inventory discrepancies.
- Follow all established logistics procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets and product labels.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent lifting, carrying, and moving items, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
