Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Track and manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) as applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Support the shipping department by verifying order contents.
- Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate and complete.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency with WMS software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Familiarity with inventory control principles.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and safety standards.
