Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists and RF scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy before staging.
- Transport picked items to the packing and shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for order picking.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Perform duties with a focus on safe lifting and material handling.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for accuracy.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain focus.
- Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
