Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order lists or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general warehouse upkeep.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capacity for Lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
