Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and efficient Order Picker to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. Utilizing RF scanners and following pick lists, you will navigate the warehouse to retrieve items, ensuring accuracy and quality. This position is a critical part of our logistics process, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and correct order fulfillment. We require individuals with a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse picking role is preferred. Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and RF scanner data. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to perform lifting up to 40 lbs. Excellent stamina and ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management systems is a plus. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.

- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and RF scanner data.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established productivity targets for order picking.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of warehouse inventory.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics operations.
