Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced warehouse operations in Los Angeles, California, as an Order Picker! This role is central to our logistics success, focusing on the accurate and timely retrieval of products to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize RF scanners or pick lists to locate and gather items from designated areas within the warehouse. Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency is key. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety and expect all team members to adhere to guidelines and utilize the appropriate PPE. This position requires individuals who are comfortable performing physical tasks, including regular lifting and being on their feet for their entire shift. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Transport picked items to the designated packing or staging areas.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct items and quantities are picked.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Follow all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy targets.
• Participate in inventory control activities as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks or other manual lifting equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is beneficial.
• Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow all Safety protocols and wear PPE.
