You will work with RF scanners to locate items, pick them from designated locations, and prepare them for the packing and shipping departments. This position requires a good level of physical stamina, as it involves extensive walking, standing, and Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Locate products efficiently within the warehouse.
- Retrieve correct quantities of items for each order.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any discrepancies or stock issues to supervisors.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and carts as needed.
- Follow all Safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Wear all designated PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of warehouse Logistics .
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE .
- Understanding of Logistics processes.
