Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate cycle counts and full physical inventories on a scheduled basis.
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Maintain and update inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with receiving, put-away, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement and refine inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in training warehouse staff on inventory-related processes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the logistics function.
