Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets or scanning equipment.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Verify picked items against order details to maintain accuracy.
• Stage packed orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse orderliness.
• Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to efficient logistics operations.
• Use of appropriate PPE is mandatory.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous picking and packing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motion and moderate Lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse Safety and logistics.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
