Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct items are selected.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate boxes and packing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
