Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanners and pick lists to accurately retrieve ordered items from warehouse stock.
- Verify the identity and quantity of picked items against order specifications.
- Safely transport picked items to the packing and shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology is a plus.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and using appropriate PPE.
