Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations based on order fulfillment needs.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all regulations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and order management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
