Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This role is central to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. We foster a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety regulations and the use of provided PPE is mandatory. This position involves significant movement and requires the ability to handle items of various sizes, including some lifting . A foundational understanding of warehouse operations and logistics will be beneficial. We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals eager to contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse stock based on order details.
• Verify picked items against order information to ensure correctness.
• Package items securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and stock management.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, when required.
• Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
• Use all designated PPE correctly and consistently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Willingness to use all required PPE .
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
• Dedication to workplace safety .
