Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack merchandise securely using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to team goals.
- Perform quality checks on packed orders before they are sent out.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting, up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with scanning devices and basic warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
