Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in our Provo, Utah distribution center. This critical role ensures that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, verifying order details, and packing them securely. A focus on detail, speed, and safety is paramount in this fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Verify picked items against order forms and customer requirements.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
• Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as directed.
• Contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the logistics team.
• Perform tasks involving Lifting and moving of products up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret product codes and order information.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Physical capability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory principles.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
