Picker/Packer

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips.
• Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
• Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Participate in team efforts to meet daily shipping targets and support logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in picking, packing, or similar warehouse roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform frequent Lifting.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
• Basic understanding of inventory and logistics procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
