Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Join our exciting e-commerce logistics team as a Picker/Packer in beautiful Provo, Utah! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to meticulously pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work with handheld scanners to locate items, carefully assemble orders, and prepare them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential. We foster a safe work environment, and all employees are required to follow safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE. Your daily tasks will include picking items from shelves, verifying order accuracy, packing items securely, and staging orders for shipping. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner.
• Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
• Verify order contents against packing slips.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and general warehouse area.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Perform tasks involving lifting and moving packages.
• Ensure efficient logistics through accurate picking and packing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous picking or packing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
