We are looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Denver, Colorado. In this key role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your ability to work quickly and accurately is vital to our shipping operations and customer satisfaction. You will navigate the warehouse, using pick lists or scanning devices, to locate and gather specified products. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret product codes, and physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. You should be comfortable with lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; all team members are required to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests. Experience with order picking technology (scanners, RF guns) is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. Teamwork and communication are essential, as you will coordinate with other warehouse staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment. - Receive and accurately pick orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product details to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
