Job Summary:
Join our team as a Picker/Packer in San Jose, California! This dynamic role is essential for our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and meticulously packed for shipment. You will work within our logistics center, handling a variety of products and using warehouse equipment to ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good manual dexterity, and is capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and require all employees to strictly follow safety procedures and wear the provided PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items according to customer orders.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
  • Pack items securely using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize PPE consistently.
  • Perform frequent Lifting of items during the picking and packing process.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is beneficial. Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent Lifting. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to comply with safety regulations and wear PPE. Basic computer skills may be required.
