Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label shipments correctly for distribution.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to perform lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
