Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock received items in their designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support the overall flow of goods within our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including repeated Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
