Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Stage picked items in the designated area for packing and shipping.
- Maintain high productivity levels and meet daily picking quotas.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe according to company standards.
- Strictly follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and other inventory control tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse environment is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and remain standing/walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
