Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet established picking quotas.
- Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
