High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong focus on accuracy and detail. Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs. A strong understanding of Safety procedures and a commitment to a secure work environment. Familiarity with basic logistics principles is helpful.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment tickets.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected for shipping.
- Verify order details against the final package.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and stocking as needed.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting throughout the shift, up to 50 lbs.
