Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, processing shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all team members are required to follow strict Safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This position involves moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and some Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial, particularly in order fulfillment and Logistics . You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate shipping labels. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process orders using the WMS and shipping software.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
