Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role is crucial to our logistics chain, involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service through efficient warehouse management. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; all associates must adhere to strict guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and correct Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
• Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Understanding of basic logistics processes.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
