Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
  • Pick items for customer orders utilizing RF scanners and order sheets with precision.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure product integrity during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and staging for carriers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling tools safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock checks.
  • Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on workplace Safety.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and procedures.
