Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Pick items for customer orders utilizing RF scanners and order sheets with precision.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and staging for carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock checks.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on workplace Safety.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and procedures.
