Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, inspecting them for quality, and carefully packing them for transit. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders.
• Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
• Label packages correctly for outgoing shipments.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
