Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order tickets or scanner prompts.
- Verify the correct item and quantity before proceeding to packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure all orders are packed to meet company quality standards.
- Apply shipping labels and other required documentation to packages.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and general warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Support other logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
