Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency with basic technology and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
