Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, staging them in the designated outbound area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse **Safety**.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Perform tasks requiring **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including stocking and cycle counting.
