Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse **Safety**.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all **PPE** requirements diligently.
- Perform tasks involving **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Meet or exceed established picking performance metrics.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as stocking or cycle counting as required.
